("Carnes Logging"), on May 5, 2000, seeking to recover workers' compensation benefits for injuries he sustained to his left leg and lower back during the course of his employment. Following an ore tenus proceeding, the trial court, on December 6, 2001, entered an order finding that Whitsett was permanently and totally disabled as the result of his work-related accident...
