STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant, Prasoon Kumar Samaddar (Samaddar), appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee, Jones & Jones Agency, Inc. (Jones), on its Complaint for Foreclosure.

We reverse and remand.
