Vincent Earl Boglin appeals the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., petition for postconviction relief.

On August 20, 1999, pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, Boglin pleaded guilty to theft of property in the second degree. In accordance with the plea agreement, he was sentenced as a habitual offender to 15 years' imprisonment.
