This is a workers' compensation case. Drummond Company, Inc. ("Drummond"), petitioned for the writ of certiorari to review the Court of Civil Appeals' judgment affirming the trial court's award of workers' compensation benefits based on its finding that Kenneth C. Pate was 50% permanently and partially disabled as a result of an on-the-job accident. We granted Drummond's petition; we reverse and remand.
