Bogese II ("Bogese") appeals from a decision of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences ("Board") rejecting all claims of his application for patent, serial number 08/376,290 ("the '290 application"). Ex parte Bogese II, Appeal No.1998-1360 (Bd. Pat. Apps. & Int., Sep. 25, 2000).
