Defendant-appellant James Charles Morris appeals from the sentence imposed by the district court after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to launder money. In addition to concurrent 97 month terms of imprisonment, Morris faces a three year term of supervised release and was ordered to pay $419,125 in restitution.
