In this legal malpractice action plaintiff, Sunset Insurance Company, Inc. (Sunset), appeals a judgment in favor of defendants, John G. Gomila, Jr. and Attorneys' Liability Assurance Society, Inc., that dismissed plaintiff's claim. For reasons that follow, we affirm.
