Debra Stoehr appeals the trial court's sanction against her insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), for failing to mediate in good faith. In particular, Stoehr contends that the trial court abused its discretion when it awarded fees and costs to Carolyn and Robert Yost for the alleged bad faith in the mediation by State Farm.
