¶ 1. Debra Thomas and other similarly situated individuals worked for Seymour Dulaney as a personal caregiver and sitter from February 22, 1994, until his death on August 20, 1998. The individuals's services included giving a daily bath, performing diaper checks every two hours, and feeding and sitting with Mr. Dulaney. The services did not include any housekeeping duties.
