The Defendant, Kenneth Smothers, appeals from his convictions of Counts 1 and 4 of armed robbery and from his sentences on eight counts of armed robbery. We affirm and remand.

On August 17, 2000 the Defendant was charged with eight counts of armed robbery, violations of La.R.S. 14:64. He was tried by a twelve person jury on March 12, 2001, convicted on all eight counts, and sentenced to 99 years imprisonment at hard labor on each...
