In this mineral rights litigation, plaintiff seeks nullification of an amended judgment on the basis that it grants substantive relief and, thus, violates La. C.C.P. art.1951. For the reasons that follow, we declare the district courts November 14, 2001 amended judgment null, set it aside and reinstate the judgment entered December 17, 1999.
