Gary Abernathy appeals the judgment and sentence of the district court2 following his conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court sentenced Abernathy to 293 months imprisonment. We affirm the judgment and sentence.
