The Plaintiffs, Reed Roberts and Miguel Chavarria, filed this lawsuit for employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Iowa Civil Rights Act ("ICRA") on July 17, 2000. The allegations arise out of Plaintiffs' discharge from employment at the Marshalltown facility of Defendant, Swift & Company ("Swift").
