HOFFMAN, Senior Judge.

Plaintiff-Appellant Theresa Kopinski (Kopinski) appeals the trial court's order of demolition regarding property owned by her.

We reverse.

Kopinski presents two issues which we consolidate and restate as: whether the trial court's decision to uphold the enforcement authority's demolition order is arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, unsupported by the evidence, or in excess of statutory authority....
