A jury found Andre Ladell Murray guilty of aggravated assault. He appeals, alleging the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction, the trial court erred in refusing to charge the jury on the lesser included offenses of simple assault and simple battery, and the trial court erred in allowing the state to introduce evidence previously excluded at the state's request.
