Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, M.C.L. § 750.84, two counts of felonious assault, M.C.L. § 750.82, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, M.C.L. § 750.227b. Defendant was sentenced as a second-offense habitual offender, M.C.L. § 769.10, to concurrent terms of six to fifteen years' imprisonment for his conviction...
