834 So.2d 253 (2002)

ALACHUA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT (ACHD), Appellant, v. Barbara Rochelle CUMMINGS, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied January 13, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and Mark S. Dunn, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Leonard E. Ireland, Jr., of Clayton-Johnston, P.A., Gainesville, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(vii) does not provide a basis for exercise of appeal jurisdiction in this case. See State Board of Education v. Azer, 832 So.2d 787 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002). Because we decline to review the case pursuant to our certiorari jurisdiction, the case is dismissed.
