McALILEY v. ST. JOHNS COUNTY

No. 5D01-3209.

834 So.2d 243 (2002)

Wm. Samuel McALILEY, Appellant, v. ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Florida, et al., Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Rehearing Denied January 6, 2003.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Wm. Samuel McAliley, II, St. Augustine, Pro Se.

James G. Sisco, Office of the County Attorney, St. Augustine, for Appellee, St. Johns County, Florida.

Larry T. Griggs, P. A., St. Augustine, for Appellee, Jones Homes, Inc.

PER CURIAM.

After a careful review of the record, we conclude that the trial court correctly ruled that Appellant's claim regarding the existence of a public road over the land in which he claims title is barred by the doctrine of res judicata. We find no merit in the other issues raised on appeal.

AFFIRMED.
