Petitioner Department of Public Aid (department) filed this child support action against respondent Todd Graham based on Todd's voluntary acknowledgment of paternity of Jonathen Graham. Claiming that the acknowledgment was induced by fraud and material mistake of fact, Todd challenged his paternity.
