This appeal involves an insurance coverage dispute between Allstate Insurance Company, defendant-appellant, and John and Marie Smith, plaintiff-appellees. The Smiths filed a suit against Lori and Nolan Roussel and their insurer, Allstate, alleging among other things that they were injured as a result of the Roussels' negligence in misrepresenting the nature and temperament of the horse the Smiths bought from them. The Roussels were ultimately dismissed...
