The plaintiff, Lillian Sueanne Bullock, appeals a trial court judgment finding that her former husband, Benjamin Franklin Owens, is entitled to a portion of the proceeds of her state retirement income attributable to her participation in the Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP). For the following reasons, we affirm.
