Defendant Zurich American Insurance Co. ("Zurich") seeks supervisory review of a trial court judgment granting a motion to compel filed by plaintiff Donna L. Whittenburg, ordering production of all recorded statements, written statements, and/or transcripts of recorded statements taken by Zurich in connection with its investigation of the death of Mrs. Whittenburg's husband.
