We consider in this case whether claims by a customer against his broker-dealer in the securities business are barred by the applicable statutes of limitations. A judge in the Superior Court concluded that they were, and entered summary judgment for the defendant on all counts. The plaintiff appealed, and the Appeals Court vacated the judgment. Patsos v.
