This action arises under the common law, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114, 1125(a), 1125(c) (Lanham Act), the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, Public Law 106-113, codified at 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d), and the Pennsylvania Antidilution Law, 54 Pa.C.S.A. § 1124.
