The petitioner, Frank Musa (Musa), seeks review of a published decision of the court of appeals affirming the circuit court's order to set aside a jury's award of damages against the respondent, James V. Buelow (Buelow).1 The jury awarded Musa $4,000 in compensatory damages for mental health treatment expenses and $50,000 in punitive damages.
