MAPCO Express, Inc. stockpiled snow on its property in south Anchorage, and the snow melt flowed downhill onto warehouse property owned by David Faulk. Subsequently, some areas of Faulk's warehouse suffered damage, and Faulk brought suit against MAPCO for nuisance and trespass.
