Appellant Robert Williamson1 appeals the Pulaski County Circuit Court's decision denying class certification to a group of employees from Sanofi Winthrop Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Sanofi), the appellee. The trial court found that Williamson could not meet the requirements of establishing commonality and superiority for class certification. We affirm.
