Appellant and his mother purchased a truck from appellee. Appellant sued appellee for breach of a bailment contract, fraud, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act violations arising from the transaction. The trial court granted summary judgment to appellee on all causes of action except breach of a bailment contract.
