Per Curiam.

The petitioner served the respondent with a petition containing 14 charges of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained all 14 charges after a hearing. The petitioner now moves to confirm the findings of the Special Referee and to impose such discipline upon the respondent as the Court deems just and proper.
