This is an employment discrimination case alleging violations of: (1) the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12102 (the "ADA"); (2) the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794(a); (3) 42 U.S.C. § 1983 ("Section 1983"); and (4) the New York State Human Rights Law.
