No. 3D00-3527.

796 So.2d 1214 (2001)

Cleophus HOFFMAN, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

October 10, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender, and Maria E. Lauredo and Robert Godfrey, Assistant Public Defenders, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and Linda S. Katz, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.

Before COPE and GERSTEN, JJ., and NESBITT, Senior Judge.
