Genevieve Barbour appeals an adverse directed verdict and grant of a new trial after having received a favorable jury verdict in a negligence action. Barbour sustained injuries when she slipped and fell in a restaurant bathroom formerly owned by Brinker Florida, Inc. (Brinker). Brinker cross-appeals the trial court's denial of its request for a special jury instruction and verdict form.
