This is an appeal of an order denying appellant, Zurich, U.S.'s Petition for Equitable Distribution, wherein Zurich sought to assert a workers' compensation lien on settlement proceeds of a legal malpractice claim brought against attorneys who mishandled appellee, Judy Weeden's thirdparty claim brought for injuries she sustained on the job. Because the trial court committed no error, we affirm.
