SOUTHWICK, P.J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Kenny Ray Davis was found guilty on two counts of aggravated assault by a Claiborne County Circuit Court jury. On appeal Davis argues that there was insufficient evidence presented, or at least that the verdict was against the overwhelming weight of the evidence. We disagree.
