The State appeals the trial court's order granting Andrew Miyasato's motion to suppress marijuana, which detectives found in his pocket. Mr. Miyasato cross-appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress marijuana and Xanax, which the detectives found in his bedroom desk.
