This appeal arises from a judgment for damages as a result of personal injuries. The trial court found both plaintiff and defendant to be fifty percent at fault. In addition, the trial court awarded damages for medical expenses while electing not to award general damages. Both parties in the litigation are appealing. The defendant appeals the finding of fifty percent fault and the awarding of medical expenses.
