Appellant-Defendant, MANOOCHER NOSRATI SHAMLOO, ("Defendant") appeals his conviction and sentence by the district court for knowingly and willfully stealing, taking or abstracting mail from or out of the United States Mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708.
