Defendant, Kennan Temple, and co-defendant, Waldon Shief, were charged by Grand Jury Indictment with possession with intent to distribute heroin in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(A). A third defendant, Keith Tobias, was also charged in the same indictment with possession of heroin in violation of LSA R.S. 40:966(C). Defendants pled not guilty and filed several pretrial motions including a motion to suppress...
