INTRODUCTION

John Schafersman and Eileen Schafersman sued Agland Coop (Agland), a Nebraska cooperative corporation, and won a $120,000 jury verdict, based upon the jury's finding that contaminated hog feed, negligently delivered to the Schafersmans, caused illnesses and deaths among the Schafersmans' herd of dairy cows.
