Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC), M.C.L. § 750.520b, assault with intent to do great bodily harm, M.C.L. § 750.84, kidnapping, M.C.L. § 750.349, and unlawfully driving away an automobile (UDAA), M.C.L. § 750.413.
