¶ 1. Harry and Brad Vinson sued the Lee County Chancery Clerk for his refusal to allow them to remove the appellate records of two chancery court actions from the chancery courthouse. The Lee County Circuit Court dismissed the Vinsons' lawsuit against the chancery clerk for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The circuit court also forbade the Vinsons from filing any further lawsuits unless they were represented...
