After a bench trial in the Municipal Court of the City of Evergreen, Donald Keith Burnsed, represented by counsel, was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). The proceedings were recorded by a court reporter. A transcript of the bench trial is in the record on appeal.
