In this interpleader action, plaintiff Primerica Life Insurance Co. ("Primerica"), is seeking an award for costs in the amount of $250.00 and attorneys' fees in the amount of $5,500.00, from the insurance proceeds ("the Funds") which are the subject of this interpleader action and which have been deposited pursuant to court Order (see docs. 29-33, 35).
