NORRIS, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff, Rayford Loflin, appeals a summary judgment decreeing him the statutory employee of the defendant, International Paper Company ("IPCO"), and dismissing with prejudice his tort suit against IPCO and an IPCO employee, Roland Esteva. We affirm.
