Plaintiffs commenced this action to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff Jo Ann La Duke (hereinafter plaintiff) on March 6, 1996 when she slipped and fell while walking down a ramp in the Omni Hotel parking garage in the City of Albany. The complaint alleges negligent maintenance of the parking facility by defendants, the owner and operator of the parking facility.
