Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of, inter alia, two counts of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1], [3]) and one count each of rape in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.35 [1]) and sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.50 [1]). We reject defendant's contention that the evidence of rape, sodomy and thus felony murder is legally insufficient...
