Daniel Luciano appeals from an order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of Monfort, Inc., and denying Luciano's retaliation claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000(e)-2000(e)-17.
