A jury found Yuri Marlin Holmes guilty of first degree robbery under the statutory alternative of being armed with a deadly weapon. But the jury rejected, by special verdict, the sentencing enhancement for being armed with a deadly weapon at the time of the commission of the crime. Holmes argues that these verdicts are irreconcilably inconsistent and therefore mandate reversal...
