Bobby N. Floyd is president of Diversified, Inc. Floyd and Diversified sued Kristie Wilson and Universal Surety of America ("Universal"), alleging negligence. The trial court dismissed the complaint, holding that the plaintiffs' negligence claim was barred by the statute of limitations.
