¶ 1. PETERSON, J.

The State appeals an order dismissing one count of uttering a forged writing, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 943.38(2).1 The issue is whether a person can falsely make a postal money order by writing in the name of someone else as the payer. We hold that the answer is no and therefore affirm.
